YOES Pre-Networking Workshop

When it comes to finding a job or deciding on a career path - networking is key!

We know networking can be intimidating and on March 23rd, 2017, CultureLink’s Youth Online Employment Strategy (YOES)* will be hosting a Pre-Networking Workshop to help young people between the ages 15-29 gain the skills they need to network with confidence. Through interactive activities, games and info sessions, you will:

• Uncover the do's and don'ts of networking, including tips and tricks on how to network with confidence
• Create your very own business cards
• Discover how to set up an effective LinkedIn profile and build a professional digital profile
• Learn more about the main networking event on April 13th and how to register
• Receive information about available employment resource and much more!

**Dinner & TTC Tokens will be provided**

This event will be prelude to our main youth networking event taking place at Toronto City Hall on April 13th, where youth will have the opportunity to meet professionals from a wide range of sectors, explore careers and expand their professional networks. Stay tuned for details about this event!
